  5. I have so much to be thankful for this year – 26 of my family members are able to get together!! (A first)

  6. Awesome! Enjoy!

  7. My family is scattered around the globe. I am grateful they are in good health and enjoy life. For the last 10 years, I have cooked the company Thanksgiving feast. Turkey, stuffing, all the trimming including 4 kinds of pie. I enjoy doing it. It is my way of being of service to my fellow humans.
    May all who celebrate have a blessed Thanksgiving. And may all who don’t have a blessed day.

  8. Happy thanksgiving!!!… I am grateful for my coming baby daughter. Blessings for all of you.

  9. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! ❤

    I'm grateful to have loving friends, family, and co-workers. I'm grateful to have an S.O. who seems to understand me well- and love me anyways! 😛 I'm thankful to be a U.S. citizen living in the United States. I'm also thankful to have so much opportunity in life (currently). I feel very blessed. And I'm also thankful that I am able to help others because of my current situation, too. Coming from the ghetto into the world of professionals is not something I take for granted- and I want to help others have the same opportunities as myself.

    The only major Thanksgiving tradition in my family is to eat a large meal together and spend the day just chillin' and enjoying each other's company. If family doesn't live nearby (or even if they do), it's customary to invite friends that may not have a place to go for Thanksgiving. When we don't have friends over, it honestly feels a little odd to me.

  10. (*SO= significant other in case that’s not clear.)

  11. @Mary – congratulations! You must let us know when you deliver!

    I’m thankful for each and every day of life. I am thankful for my loving family and wonderful friends. I’m thankful for the life experiences I’ve had. I’m so very thankful I had 7 joyous and blessed years of marriage to Abdullah.

    I’m at a country Inn where 26 family members are gathering. To my delight I discovered my room is right between my sister and oldest niece! Another niece and a nephew are already here. My brother and two more nephews are arriving at any time! It’s going to be a Thanksgiving to always remember!

  12. Happy thanksgiving, I am having a free day with the Q so very happy!

  13. I am so Grateful fo the LORD above for all that he has seen us through. Having had 3 moves this year due to the company in Saudi changing our compound and then the contract. We were unemployed for 5 mos living in a hotel since you can not rent an appartment unless you have a job. That was due to the new contract which made the stay in Saudi unaccompanied (no wives) We now have jobs and a place to live. We have no family close to us so we are taking people who were like us out to dinner. They were jobless and living in the same extended stay. I have to change my name from blooming in the sand to blooming in the rain !! I LOVE the rain! I love the green ! I LOVE the US !!! God is Great and Greatly to be Praised!!

  14. @Aafke – I am very glad to hear that you have a free day with the Q.

    @Bloomin’ – I enjoyed your comment.
